I use phone/video calls, emails, and collaborative planning tools to understand your vision, create timelines, manage budgets, and coordinate the details. I work closely with local vendors and venues in your area, handling all logistics from afar.
I maintain regular communication through phone calls and email updates.
Yes! I research and vet local vendors based on your needs, schedule deliveries/services, and oversee all arrangements virtually. I act as your main point of contact for all vendor communications so you don’t have to worry about it.
I create a detailed day of event timeline for you and conduct final confirmations with vendors. My Premium package includes tech support/set up guidance on day of event.
My fees are typically flat-rate (see packages above). This includes planning sessions, checklists/timelines, vendor coordination, unlimited email support leading up to the event, and post-event follow-up.
For the types of events I support, everything can be managed virtually. More complex events are difficult to manage virtually and are typically ones I do not provide services for. Usually those are managed by staff at the venue hosting the event. Let’s discuss your special circumstances!
I provide back up plans so that most issues can be easily addressed by the host. If you prefer to have support, I can be accessible by phone/video call throughout your event to quickly address any problems that arise.
Most aspects can be handled remotely, however, tasks like physical setup or last-minute hands-on fixes will require the host to perform tasks. I provide step by step plans so that most things are easily handled by the host for seamless execution.
